I was born in Petén, Guatemala (1999) — proudly Gen-Z and practically raised by computers. I grew up taking apart PCs (sorry to a few that didn’t survive), formatting Windows for fun, and waiting minutes to download a single song on 128 Kbps internet.
From playing Age of Empires III and Counter-Strike to building my first website and coding in JavaScript, curiosity has always driven me. In high school in Belize, I built an RFID-based attendance system with Python and Raspberry Pi, presented it at the National Raspberry Pi Jam (2017), and even made it to national TV.
I later earned a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala , with a thesis centered on blockchain-powered digital voting systems.
With over five years of hands-on experience building and shipping software, I now serve as a senior frontend developer at KEMIK.com – Guatemala’s leading e-commerce platform.
Beyond code, I’m a lifelong gamer, a husband, and someone who believes in faith, hard work, and never losing the urge to understand how things work behind the screen.
